How does Easy Property Investment work?

Overview

• Go online and join.
• View the relevant property details.
• Select your property and reserve your share (minimum investment £5000)
• Send your payment to our nominated solicitor. All monies will he held in in a solicitors client account, until completion of the property.
• Properties are managed by an ARLA registered agent, rent collected and distributed to each individual shareholder every six months.
• Annual property valuations are carried out and annual rental summaries are distributed to each property shareholder.

All charges on Easy Property Investment™ are completely transparent. We charge a fee of 2% on amounts invested or traded in each property.

Example 1

If you invested £10,000 your trading charge will be 2% (equal to £200).

Example 2

If you invested £5,000 your trading charge will be 2% (equal to £100).

If you decide to sell your equity stake in the property and receive an offer of £15,000 (equal to £300).

As with any trading platform, when you buy or sell shares you incur a trading charge. The success of the trading platform depend on having willing buyers and sellers in each property.
