Q. What is Easy Property Investment™?Easy Property Investment™ is a trading platform for investing in property.
Q. What is the trading platform?
The platform is the trading floor for Easy Property Investment™: the level playing field. All properties within Easy Property Investment™ are listed on the exchange. Prices, activity records and background information are available through the exchange.
Several trading and investment opportunities exist within Easy Property Investment™. In general these involve introducing property to the exchange, subscribing for new shares and buying and selling existing shares. Share price rises and dividend streams from rental income represent the potential rewards. Properties will of course have different characteristics driving potential returns, which might include planning permission as well as development and refurbishment activities.
A stake is available in each property, each representing ownership in the property. The value of the stake is exposed to the same risks as a direct property investment. Investors using Easy Property Investment™ have several advantages, however: limited liability; the ability to spread risk across various properties; knowledge the properties are being professionally managed in a fully transparent manner; quality and scope of information relating to the property.

You can sign up by clicking the link membership. There is a very short form to complete. A trading account is set up for you, and you can browse the rest of the site and view the properties.
Q.Why is it important to nominate the correct bank account?
Easy Property Investment™ has certain responsibilities imposed by current Anti Money Laundering ( AML ) and Countering the Funding of Terrorism (CFT) legislation. Before you deposit funds you will be asked to nominate the bank or building society account from which you will be transferring all your funds for trading activity within Easy Property Investment™. Once this account has been nominated and verified only funds transferred from this account will be accepted into your trading account. All withdrawals from your Easy Property Investment™ trading account. All withdrawals from your Easy Property Investment™ trading account will also be transferred to that account. Special arrangements will have to be made to accommodate any changes, so please ensure the information is correct!
If you already have an account, just enter your username and password on the member login page. When you want to log out again simply click the logout link on the top right of any page.
Q. I’ve forgotten my password. Help!
Never fear! During the joining process you will have set a reminder question: just click ‘Forgotten your password? and provide your email address. The system will display your reminder question and, if you successfully answer it, an email will be sent to you confirming your password. The email is auto generated by the system, as Easy Property Investment™ support staff do not have access to your password.
If you have forgotten both your password and the answer to your reminder question then contact the Customer Support team on 0800 073 1119.
Each property is owned by a Single Property Vehice ( SPV ), which is itself owned entirely by Easy Property Investment™ members. There are no golden or controlling shares. Easy Property Investment™ itself does not hold any shares at any time.
Q. Who manages the properties?
The properties will be managed in the UK by registered ARLA agents. Overseas properties will be managed by established and reputatble companies only.
Q. Are the properties occupied?
Most properties are let out to provide a dividend income stream. Some of the properties listed on the exchange will be undergoing renovation or available off plan. There is no immediate rental income from these properties.
Share prices are set on the exchange. The going price is that at which members of the exchange are willing to buy and sell shares in a particular property. While this will be based in part of the annual valuation of that asset, it will also reflect rental yield, market sentiment, potential or actual changes in the property or its surroundings as well as any other factors seen as relevant by members of the exchange.
Each SPV will produce annual accounts which will be reported on by an independent accountancy firm in accordance with current legislation. These will be available both to stakeholders.
